Refund Policy - the basics
Donations: All donations are considered final and non-refundable. Once a donation is made and confirmed, it is an unconditional gift to the organization.Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise specified in the membership agreement or in accordance with applicable law.
Exceptions: We may, at our discretion, consider individual circumstances on a case-by-case basis, such as in the event of a documented error or fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Please contact us at admin@endometriosiswomen.com within [10 days] of the donation/membership to discuss any potential exceptions. We may require documentation and proof of identity before issuing a refund, and all refunds are returned using the original method of payment.
